How it works
What counts toward your plan
Every limit maps to something real in your business. Here is what each one means.
Orders
Every sales or purchase order you import into Repax counts as one order. One order = one count, regardless of how many line items it has.
Example: A webshop processing 10 orders/week uses about 520 orders/year. That fits comfortably on the Growth plan.
Records
Every product, component, assembly, or material in your catalog is a record. One finished product with its packaging and materials might use 5-10 records.
Example: 50 products, each with 3 components and 2 materials = about 300 records. The Free plan covers that.
Custom entities
Repax includes five default data types: products, components, assemblies, materials, and orders. Custom entities let you add your own, like suppliers, brands, or warehouses.
Example: Most businesses add 2-3 custom entities (suppliers, brands, markets). The Free plan covers that.
Reports are compliance documents you generate per reporting period. Storage covers uploaded files like certificates and product images.

What counts as an order?
Every sales or purchase order you import into Repax counts as one order. It does not matter how many line items the order has. If you import from Shopify, WooCommerce, or CSV, each row is one order. The counter resets every year from your signup date.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
You will not lose access to your data. We notify you before you hit a limit so you can upgrade or add an addon. If you reach the cap, you can still view and export everything. You just cannot create new records or import new orders until you upgrade.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan is genuinely free with no credit card required. You can use it for as long as you want within the plan limits.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly from your account settings. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All your data is preserved regardless of plan changes.
How do addons work?
Addons are available on the Pro plan. Each addon adds a specific amount to one of your plan limits. You can add or remove them at any time. They are billed monthly alongside your plan. Stack multiple addons of the same type if you need more.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure. Repax is built in Copenhagen, Denmark and is GDPR-native by design. Your product data, compliance reports, and account information never leave the EU.
