Where Compliance OS reads a fact from your files, it shows where it found it. Where it finds nothing, it asks you instead of guessing.
Keep every document in one place
Compliance OS keeps your test reports, certificates and declarations in one library, each linked to the products and markets it covers. When a supplier has what you need, you send a request. They upload through a link without an account, and the file lands on the product for your review.
Sign declarations with the proof behind them
Since 12 August 2026, packaging placed on the EU market needs an EU declaration of conformity, drawn up and signed by its manufacturer.
Pick the packaging, attest the requirements that apply and link the proof behind each one. A named person signs. The declaration is frozen as a PDF and published behind its own QR code.

Give every product its own public page
Every product gets one public page, with a section for each rule that asks for information. Scan the code on the product or its box, and the page shows the declarations, battery information and instructions that apply. When something changes, the page changes with it.
