Transparent pricing for EPR

Every sales or purchase order you import into Repax counts as one order. It does not matter how many line items the order has. If you import from Shopify, WooCommerce, or CSV, each row is one order. The counter resets every year from your signup date.

Every SKU you document in Repax is one product. A finished good and its packaging components share a single product entry — not counted separately. Example: a catalogue with 200 distinct SKUs across three packaging variants uses 200 products. Free covers up to 250.

Yes. Prices shown are monthly in EUR, excluding VAT. VAT is applied at checkout based on your billing country (EU OSS-compliant). Addons are billed monthly alongside your plan. Order limits are measured on a rolling 12-month window from your signup date.

Yes to both. Upgrade instantly from your account settings. If you downgrade or cancel, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts on Free, Growth, or Pro. All your data is preserved regardless of plan changes — export anytime.

You will not lose access to your data. We notify you before you hit a limit so you can upgrade or add an addon. If you reach the cap, you can still view and export everything. You just cannot create new records or import new orders until you upgrade.

Addons are available on the Pro plan. Each addon adds a specific amount to one of your plan limits. You can add or remove them at any time. They are billed monthly alongside your plan. Stack multiple addons of the same type if you need more.

Out of the box: Shopify, WooCommerce, and CSV import. We also expose a REST API and webhooks for custom workflows, plus a Zapier connector for no-code automation. Bespoke ERP or PIM integrations are available on Enterprise.
