The practical move now is to map your textile and footwear volumes placed on the Cypriot market. When the transposing law arrives, registration and fee duties will follow.
The Department of Environment will likely be the competent authority. It already supervises packaging, WEEE, batteries and tyres EPR in Cyprus. No details are confirmed yet.
